This article explains how to submit a Proof of Ownership application for RWA Property Claims or Self-Repaying Mortgages (SRM). You’ll learn how to access the application, submit required documents, and confirm your submission.
Accessing the Proof of Ownership Application
You can navigate to the Proof of Ownership Applications tab in two different ways.
Option 1: From the Marketplace Dashboard
- Log in to your Peoples Reserve account
- Navigate to your RWA or SRM Marketplace dashboard
- Click the “Waiting for Docs” text shown on the dashboard
Option 2: From the Sidebar Menu
- Click the arrow (^) next to your email address in the left-hand sidebar
- Select Proof of Ownership from the menu
Select the Correct Application
Once you are on the Proof of Ownership page, you’ll need to select the correct application based on your property claim type.
- Locate the application dropdown
- Expand the dropdown for the appropriate application:
- RWA Property Claim
- Self-Repaying Mortgage (SRM)
Complete the Application Form
Fill out all required fields in the application form and upload the necessary documentation.
- Enter all requested property and ownership details
- Attach the required documents as indicated in the form
- Ensure all files are clear, complete, and readable
Submit Your Application
- Review all entered information carefully
- Click Submit to send your application for review
Confirming Your Submission
After submission, you can confirm that your application was received in two ways:
- Check your Notifications for a submission confirmation
- View your RWA or SRM Marketplace dashboard for a status of Pending
Verification & Review Process
Once submitted, your Proof of Ownership application will be reviewed by the Peoples Reserve verification team.
- Status will remain Pending during review
- Approval or rejection notifications are sent via email
- Review times may vary depending on application volume
Please allow the team sufficient time to complete the verification process before reaching out for updates.
When to Contact Support
Contact Peoples Reserve Support if:
- You are unable to locate the Proof of Ownership application
- Your submission status does not appear after submitting
- You receive a rejection and need clarification on next steps
