The Mortgage Dashboard lets you view your Self Repaying Mortgage (SRM) application details and monitor your mortgage over time. You can check your remaining balance, review your current payment options, and see your adjusted monthly rate based on your balance and collateral.
Accessing Your Mortgage Dashboard
-
Log in to your Peoples Reserve account
- Go to the official Peoples Reserve website and sign in with your email and password.
-
Open the Mortgage section
- From your account menu, select Mortgage.
-
Select “Mortgage Dashboard”
- If you have an active or in progress SRM, your dashboard will load automatically.
What You Can View
SRM Application Status
If your SRM is still in review or onboarding, the dashboard may show:
- Your current application stage
- Documents submitted and pending
- Requests for additional information (if needed)
- Approval or activation status
Remaining Balance
Your Mortgage Dashboard displays your current mortgage balance and repayment progress, including:
- Your remaining principal balance
- Your total repaid to date
- A repayment timeline or estimated remaining term (when available)
Current Payment Options
Your available payment options depend on your loan terms and current status. You may see:
- Your current monthly payment amount
- Options to make an additional payment (if enabled)
- Autopay details (if enabled)
- An option to review or update your payment method (if available)
Adjusted Monthly Rate
Your SRM may display an adjusted monthly rate that updates over time. This rate is determined by:
- Your remaining balance
- Your total collateral posted
As your balance decreases and your collateral position remains strong, the adjusted rate is designed to trend downward month to month. Your Mortgage Dashboard will show the current adjusted rate for the active billing cycle so you can understand how your rate is progressing over time.
Troubleshooting
I can’t find the Mortgage Dashboard
- Make sure you’re logged in to the correct Peoples Reserve account.
- If your SRM is not yet active, some dashboard features may not appear.
- Refresh the page or try logging out and back in.
My balance or rate didn’t change after a payment
- Updates typically occur after the current payment cycle processes.
- If you recently made a payment, allow processing time before checking again.
- If the issue persists, contact support with your loan ID for review.
