The Mortgage Dashboard is your centralized hub for monitoring your active property-backed financing. Whether you are tracking a Self-Repaying Mortgage (SRM), a Bitcoin Powered Mortgage (BMR), or reviewing your RWA Property Claims, the dashboard provides full visibility into your portfolio.
Accessing Your Mortgage Dashboard
- Log in to your account: Navigate to the secure Peoples Reserve portal.
- Navigate to "Marketplace": From the main menu, select Marketplace to view a comprehensive list of all your active mortgage products and property claims.
- View Your Dashboard: Click on the specific mortgage or property claim you wish to view to open its dedicated dashboard.
What You Can View
Application Status - review when PoR is done.
If your mortgage or claim is currently in the pending stage, the dashboard provides a clear progress tracker, including:
- Application Stage: Track where you are in the process (e.g., Underwriting, Collateral Verification, Funding).
- Documentation: View the status of your submitted vs. pending documents.
- Action Items: Receive direct alerts if additional information or verified digital assets are required to move to the next stage.
Balance & Equity Tracking
The dashboard offers a comprehensive view of your financial standing:
- Principal Balance: The remaining amount on your mortgage.
- Total Repaid: A historical look at your repayment progress to date.
- Collateral Position: Real-time status of your posted BTC, Tokenized Gold , or Tokenized Silver collateral.
Payment & Rate Management
All repayments are processed via digital assets. Peoples Reserve does not accept traditional bank transfers or fiat currency. Ensure your collateral wallet is sufficiently funded to maintain your position and avoid service interruptions.
- Monthly Obligations: View your current payment requirements.
- Adjusted Monthly Rate: Your APR is dynamically influenced by your PRN Loyalty Tier and current collateral ratios. As your balance decreases and your PRN-backed status strengthens, you may see your adjusted rate trend downward.
- Collateral Updates: Monitor how current collateral levels impact your active billing cycle.
Troubleshooting
- Dashboard Visibility: Ensure you are logged into the correct account. If your loan is in a pre-funding stage, some dashboard features may remain restricted until the position is active.
- Rate/Balance Updates: Updates reflect blockchain-confirmed transaction processing. Please allow for standard network confirmation times after making a payment or adding collateral.
- Support: If your dashboard metrics do not align with your expectations, please contact Peoples Reserve Support for a manual review of your account.
