How It Works
The program utilizes our Bitcoin treasury strategy, a delta neutral position that generates yield regardless of Bitcoin's direction, to provide liquidity based on the Tax Assessed Value (TAV) of the property claim:
- Proof of Ownership: The property is registered as a digital asset within the Peoples Reserve ecosystem.
- Funding Reserve: The claim is supported by our RWA Funding Reserve, which generates yield through delta-neutral institutional strategies.
- Zero-Debt Liquidity: Unlike a HELOC, no debt is issued. The yield is a return on the "claim" of the asset's Tax Assessed Value, not a loan to be repaid with interest.
Example Scenario
If you own a debt-free home with a Tax Assessed Value at $600,000:
- As a Gold Member: You claim $250,000 of equity. At 4% APR, you receive $10,000 annually ($833/month).
- As a Diamond Member: You claim $500,000 of equity. At 8% APR, you receive $40,000 annually ($3,333/month).
