By claiming your property’s Tax Assessed Value (TAV) against our RWA Funding Reserve, you turn trapped equity into a monthly paycheck. Once your claim is active, you start receiving passive monthly rewards based on your PRN loyalty tier: Diamond earns 8% APY and Gold earns 4% APY on your Tax Assessed Value.
Do I retain full ownership and title to my property?

We use a Total Certified Value metric to account for higher-value homes. The platform applies a claim limit of $500k per property (at the Diamond Level). If a home’s Tax Assessed Value (TAV) exceeds this threshold, monthly earnings will be calculated based on the $500k cap rather than the full Tax Assessed Value. Since the claim limit per property with Peoples Reserve is capped at a maximum of $500k, the PRN token requirements remain the same for any property with a TAV greater than or equal to $500k:
- To maintain Diamond: $50k in PRN.
- To maintain Gold: $25k in PRN.

What happens if I sell my home?
Users are required to notify us immediately upon a transfer of ownership. Once a property is sold or transferred, the associated RWA claims will cease to accrue earnings.
If you sell your home, the RWA Property Claim becomes invalid and yield generation stops immediately. Ownership of the underlying asset is required to earn from the claim; therefore, once the home is sold, you are no longer eligible for the associated yield.
What happens if I add a mortgage, lien, or debt to my home?
Users are required to notify us immediately if the property becomes encumbered by a mortgage, home equity line of credit (HELOC), or any other legal lien. To remain eligible for the program, the property must remain 100% unencumbered.
If a debt or lien is registered against your home, the RWA Property Claim becomes invalid and yield generation will cease immediately. Consistent verification of a "clean title" is a mandatory requirement for participation; therefore, once the property is no longer debt-free, you are no longer eligible for the associated yield.
