This guide will walk you through the process of changing your password on the Peoples Reserve platform. Follow these simple steps to update your security information and ensure your account remains protected.
1. Navigate to PeoplesReserve.com and Log in.
2. Hover or click the arrow next to your profile to open the profile menu and select Settings.
3. Click the Login Information dropdown menu.
4. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
5. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
6. Re-enter the new password in the Repeat New Password field and click Change.
7. If 2FA is enabled, enter your authentication code to confirm the change.
8. Success! You will be returned to the home screen with your password updated.
Troubleshooting
- If you forgot your current password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page instead.
- Make sure your new password meets the minimum security requirements.
