Go to our Submit a Request
Select Account Security as the ticket category.

Include important details
In your report, please provide:Your full name and email address linked to the account
A description of what happened (be as specific as possible)
Any suspicious emails, phone numbers, or links you’ve received
Screenshots (if available) to help our team investigate faster

Mark the issue as urgent
If you believe your account is actively compromised, choose Urgent in the priority field when submitting your ticket.

Our Security Team will review your report.
We may contact you for additional verification to ensure we’re speaking with the account owner.
Once confirmed, we’ll secure your account, investigate the issue, and provide next steps.
