Why Swaps Cannot Be Reversed
Swaps completed through the Swap Engine are processed instantly inside your PRN account. Once a swap is confirmed and processed, it cannot be reversed or undone.
Because of this, Peoples Reserve is unable to cancel, roll back, or change a completed swap.
What You Can Do If You Swapped the Wrong Asset
If you swapped the wrong asset, you may choose to perform another swap to move back into your preferred asset.
- Review your current balances
- Confirm the asset you now hold
- Use the Swap Engine to perform a new swap if desired
Each swap is treated as a separate transaction and will include its own applicable fee based on your Loyalty Level.

- Double-check asset selection: Confirm both the “from” and “to” assets before proceeding.
- Review the amount carefully: Make sure the entered amount is correct.
- Review the final quote: Check the rate and fee shown before confirming.
