Learn the secure process for withdrawing your digital assets to an external wallet like MetaMask. This guide walks you through navigating the platform interface and confirming your transaction with a withdrawal PIN.
1. Navigate to https://platform.peoplesreserve.com and login.
2. Click Account in the left-hand menu.
- Note: The platform typically defaults to the Account page immediately after login.
3. Locate the specific asset you wish to withdraw

4. Click "Withdraw" for the desired digital asset.
5. Select the destination wallet address from the "To Address" dropdown.
Note: The address must already exist in your Address Book before it will appear in this dropdown.
6. Input the Amount you would like to withdraw.
Tip: Click MAX to withdraw your entire available balance.
7. Toggle "Pay Fee with PRN" to pay transaction fees with PRN.
Note: Withdrawals are subject to a $5.00 fee. However, you may be eligible for Free Withdrawals based on your Loyalty Tier:
- Silver: 1 per month
- Gold: 2 per month
- Diamond: 3 per month
8. Click "Withdraw" to proceed to the verification step.
Security Verification
9. Enter the Security Code sent to your Email.
10. Enter the 2FA code.
11. Enter your Withdrawal PIN.
12. Click "Confirm" to finalize the transaction.
13. Success! Your funds will be processed and should arrive in your external wallet within approximately 20 minutes.
