This article explains how to complete Level 2 Identity Verification on the Peoples Reserve platform by submitting your personal information. Completing this step unlocks additional platform features and prepares your account for higher verification levels.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you are logged in to your Peoples Reserve account.
- Have your personal details ready (full name, address, phone number, etc.).
- Use a supported browser (latest Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) for the best experience.
Access the Identity Verification Page
You can reach the Identity Verification tab from your profile in two different ways:

Via your profile menu
- Click your email address in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select “My Profile” from the drop down menu.

Via the notification bell
- Click the Notifications Bell in the top-right corner.
- Select the IDV Notification: “In order to unlock all features of the PR Platform please be sure to complete…”
Submit Your Personal Information

Start Level 2 Verification
- In the middle of the My Profile > Identity Verification screen, locate the “Start Level 2 Verification” button and click it.

Enter your personal details
- First & Last Name
- Street Address
- City / State
- Zip / Postal Code
- Country
- Phone Number (include country code if outside the U.S.)

Submit your information
- Click the “Submit” button once all fields are completed.
- Your information will be securely sent to the Peoples Reserve compliance team for review.
Important Notes
- You may proceed with submitting Level 3 Verification information while your Level 2 status is still pending.
- If your submission is incomplete, you may be asked to correct or provide additional information.
- Make sure your information matches official documents to avoid delays.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t see the IDV notification?
- Refresh the page and check again under Notifications.
- Access the Identity Verification tab directly from the My Profile menu.
Form won’t submit?
- Ensure all required fields are filled out completely.
- Check for formatting requirements (e.g., zip code, phone number).
- Clear your browser cache and retry, or try another supported browser.
