This article explains how to complete Level 3 Identity Verification on the Peoples Reserve platform. At this stage, you will provide official government-issued identification (Driver’s License or Passport) and verification photos. This step is required to fully unlock all platform features.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have a valid Driver’s License or Passport available.
- Make sure your device has a working camera to take selfies if required.
- Prepare a blank piece of paper and a pen for the handwritten note needed during verification.
Start Level 3 Verification

Access the ID Verification section
- From the top-right of the screen, under the ID Verification section, click the “Start Level 3 Verification” button.

Enter your ID details
- Choose your ID type: Driver’s License or Passport.
- Enter your ID number.
- Provide your Date of Birth.
- Enter the Date Issued and Date Expiry from your ID.
Upload ID Documents
Attach the required documents using the “Attach Documents” upload button. The required uploads differ depending on the ID type you selected:
If using a Driver’s License
- Upload a clear photo of the front of your license.
- Upload a clear photo of the back of your license.
- Upload an ID verification selfie:
- Take a clear picture of yourself holding the front of your Driver’s License next to your face.
- Hold a signed piece of paper that includes:
- Your printed name
- Your signature
- Today’s date
- The words: Peoples Reserve
- Make sure the writing is legible, your ID details are visible, and your face is not blocked.
If using a Passport
- Upload a clear photo of the photo ID page of your passport.
- Upload an ID verification selfie:
- Take a clear picture of yourself holding the passport photo page next to your face.
- Hold a signed piece of paper that includes:
- Your printed name
- Your signature
- Today’s date
- The words: Peoples Reserve
- Ensure the writing is legible, your passport page is visible, and your face is not blocked.
Submit Your Information
- Click the “Submit” button after all fields are completed and documents uploaded.
- Your information and documents will be sent securely to the Peoples Reserve compliance team for review.
Troubleshooting
Upload not working?
- Ensure each file is in JPG or PNG format.
- File size should be under the maximum limit (typically 10MB).
- Try uploading one file at a time if multiple fail.
Photo rejected?
- Check that your face is clear, unobstructed, and matches the ID photo.
- Ensure all handwritten text is legible and visible in the selfie.
- Retake the photo in better lighting or with a higher-resolution camera.

- Clear your browser cache/cookies and retry the submission.
- Try a different device or supported browser.
