The RWA Property Claim Program allows homeowners to unlock monthly cash flow from fully paid-off properties without selling, refinancing, or taking on debt. However, not every property will qualify. If your claim was denied, here’s what it means and what steps you can take.
How You’ll Know If Your Claim Is Denied
If your RWA Property Claim is not approved, you’ll see a notification in the upper-right corner of your account dashboard.
This notification will explain that your claim was denied.
It may also include guidance on what to fix before reapplying.
Be sure to check the bell icon in the upper-right corner for your most recent security and account notifications.
Common Reasons for Denial
Your RWA Property Claim may be denied if:
The property is not fully paid off
Properties with active mortgages, liens, or other debts are not eligible.
Ownership cannot be verified
You must be the legal and sole owner of the property. If ownership records are incomplete or unclear, your claim will not be approved.
Multiple Ownership.
If there are multiple owners on the property make sure you have followed the correct steps for the "Multiple Ownership Property Claim"
You are not a PRN loyalty token holder
Participation in the program requires holding PRN tokens at the minimum loyalty tier.
Incomplete or incorrect submission
Missing documents, mismatched records, or incomplete applications may result in denial.

Reapply once eligible
After correcting the issue, you may submit a new claim for review.
