This article explains how to claim a property in the PRN Marketplace. Claiming a property is the first step toward participating in RWA Property Claims or reserving a Self-Repaying Mortgage (SRM).
Before You Start
To claim a property, you must have an active Peoples Reserve account and access to the PRN Marketplace. The property must be eligible for participation and will require Proof of Ownership after it is claimed.
How to Claim a Property
- Navigate to the Marketplace page using the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- In the RWA Marketplace search bar, enter your property address.
- Click the Search button to load the property details.
- Review the automatically calculated information, including:
- Tax assessed value
- Estimated earnings per month
- Estimated earnings per year
- Click the Claim Property button.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to continue.
- Read the Terms and Conditions, then check the box confirming you have read them.
- Click the Submit button to complete the claim.
After You Submit
If your claim is submitted successfully, a confirmation screen will appear indicating that your property has been claimed.
- Close the confirmation popup to continue.
- Return to the Marketplace or your RWA & SRM dashboard.
Confirming Your Claim Status
After claiming your property, you should see:
- Your property address listed in the Marketplace
- A property status showing Waiting for Docs
This status means your claim is pending Proof of Ownership. You will need to submit the required documents before the claim can be finalized.
